Hello, Stampers!      I can't get enough of this Dynamic TIEF - Country Floral.  This TIEF will be carried over to the Annual Catalog.      I created this simple card (and others) to keep on hand - an appropriate sentiment to be die-cut or punched out and added later, as needed.  It's a little bright and cheery for a condolence card,* but it's just right for Easter, spring, birthday, anniversary, get well or "just checking in."  The details are below. *See my  February 28  post for a softer look that would be appropriate for a condolence card. Sue Duffy ~ mandsduffy@comcast.net    Details The Gingham Gala DSP covers the front of the card base, an A2 top fold in Whisper White Thick CS.  The Country Floral embossed piece is 1/4 sheet of Shimmery White CS, trimmed to 5 x 3-3/4 after embossing. After embossing, I used Stampin' Blends in the colors below to color the flowers and leaves and a few random larger dots here and there. 

Hi, Stampers!      The above Inspire.Create.Challenges 038 Sketch Challenge was too simple for me to pass up.  I flipped it and used a piece of Whisper White Country Floral embossed card stock and added my cute squirrel friend from Fable Friends. Both were colored with Stampin' Blends. The lavender background is from the Needlepoint Nook DSP pack.  That's it! Happy Stampin’! Hi, Stampers!      Oh my goodness, I just love this little guy/girl? girl from the Fable Friends set in the Occasions Catalog (p.30).  I plan to use this sweetie and the adorable rabbit to make tags for simple Easter favors, too - I'll post them here.  The details for this card follow. Hello, Stampers!       Looks like March will be coming in like a lion in Indiana, so it's time for something to cheer us up!       Do you ever wonder how we made cards without the Big Shot?  I love the SAB, Phase 2 Country Floral Dynamic TIEF, don't you?  I posted a quick, monochromatic card on Feb 22, which you can see HERE .       I used Shimmery White CS for the embossed area, inked the TIEF with Soft Sea Foam, and colored the flowers and leaves with Stampin' Blends.  The mat and base are Pear Pizzaz and Petal Pink, the ribbon is Pear Pizzaz Shimmer.  Supplies are on my blog. Hi,Stampers!      Look at the relief and texture on this card!  I have seen lots of ideas for this Dynamic TIEF that is FREE with a $50 purchase.  You can see it on the inside of the SAB brochure for Phase 2 (2/15 - 3/31 - on my sidebar), along with some lovely samples, and more online, including some great videos.  I will share a couple of my samples here.      Does it look like I colored the flowers on this piece with WW Craft Ink?  Uh uh.  I inked the background of the TIEF!  It was super easy.  I think I could have used a lighter, brighter yellow, like Daffodil Delight, but I used So Saffron, the color of the card stock.  You can use any color you choose, but for this recipe, I'll stick with So Saffron.  Let's get started!
