I'm detouring a little from sharing the Christmas SAS cards to share three projects we created at my December Stamp Camp. The Sip Sip Hooray Bundle will NOT be carried over from the Holiday Catalog - so, perfect time to buy it is TODAY. I might even send out emails with this post, because you would normally not get notified of it until tomorrow, unless you check my blog on a regular basis. Anyhow...
I came across this sketch on Patty Bennett's Blog, but certainly did my own take on it. The card stock is black on black - champagne flutes (sp?) are cut out in any position you like from the 5-1/4 x 4 layer. A 3-3/4 x 3-3/4 piece of Silver Glimmer Paper is adhered to the card base to show through the cutouts. The cutout layer is popped up on Dimensionals, including a few extra near the openings. More below.

The "Happy" is die cut of Real Red Foil Sheet (retired), the "New Year!" was printed on labels on my computer, attached to a scrap of card stock and punched with the Classic Label punch. You can easily change this to "Birthday," too. We added a few Real Red Rhinestones. Line the inside with Whisper White and decorate as desired.
TIP: Use Mercury Glass Acetate instead of Silver Glimmer Paper. Sadly, the acetate is also scheduled to retire soon.
