STAMPIN' UP!'S BACK ON YOUR FEET FOR BEGINNERS CARD BUFFET

Hello, Stampers!
I hope you are able to stay reasonably cool during this miserable heat wave.  It looks like it might break overnight here in Indiana - I emphasize the word might.  I have used this good excuse to stay indoors to begin preparing for a card-making "outing" a professional friend of mine has planned for her staff early in August.  Each year the office closes for a day and she plans and treats her staff to a surprise outing - last year they did goat Yoga!  This class will certainly be a far cry from that.  They will do something outdoors for part of the day and then to my house - they have never stamped!
I pre-stamped all of the images for these note cards (based on cards shared on Pinterest by Amy Koendors, using the Scalloped Note Cards).  My group will stamp their own sentiments and, of course, color and assemble.  I even pre-tied the bows and, per a tip from my upline, attached them to a strip of glue dots!

The colored CS mats are all 4-3/4 x 3-1/4.  The scalloped rectangle focal points above are from at least a few years back - I can't remember if they were part of a kit, but I don't think so, because I had two packs.  Anyway, I saved them and they saved me some time.  The turtle is stamped on a piece cut with a Stitched Rectangles Die.  I also used, as you can see, retired Gingham Gala and Wood Textures DSP and taffeta ribbon.  There is a little Wink of Stella on the leaves of the branch on the sloth card.
Back on Your Feet is a cute little set and a few of these note cards would be perfect to keep on hand as a cheerful get-well or general, hope things get better soon.  We often need them on short notice.

Happy Stampin’!
