BIRTHDAYS ARE A "PIECE OF CAKE"! HOW SWEET IT IS
Today's card was created with the Piece of Cake Stamps/Punch Bundle and How Sweet It Is DSP (both are in the Occasions Catalog). I love the bright colors in this paper pack. In fact, I bought the DSP before I bought the Bundle! I also really like the tongue-in-cheek sentiments. The inside of my card says, "Who cares what the question is!"
Do you notice anything else about my card? My cake stand is upside down! LOL Anyway, let's get started with measurement, etc.

Measurements
My card base is Coastal Cabana, a standard A2 Horizontal top-fold. I embossed the front with the Polka Dot Basics TIEF. The Gorgeous Grape CS piece is 4-1/4 x 2-3/4 and adhered to the base at an angle. I think I should have made it a little bigger, like 4-1/2 x 3, so the embossing would show more. I embossed it with the Dot to Dot TIEF (Occ. Catalog). The DSP is 4 x 2-3/4.
The Grape circle was die cut with a roughly 2" scalloped die from the Layering Circle Framelits and it is mounted onto a Pearlized Doily (2 sets FREE with $50 during Sale-A-Bration). The cake and stand are stamped on Shimmery White CS and punched out with the Cake Builder Punch and colored with Blends and Markers, and a little Wink of Stella over the frosting. The candles are fussy-cut. All three were glued together and then popped up with Dimensionals.
My sentiment and DSP banners are 1/2" and 3/4," respectively. I added some Glitter Enamel Dots and that's it. Product pictures and links are below on my blog.
